The product strategy of Accell South Africa is encapsulated in three areas where our skills, expertise and other crucial resources can contribute to our competitive advantage.
With the withdrawal from Honeywell’s services, Accell South Africa now operates essentially as an extension thereof, with the same trusted products, and the same team responsible for our Design and Support Services.
The three areas of our continuous product development will be System Design, Product Supply, and System Support.
System Support
Through the ongoing development and implementation of our System Support strategies, our post-sales support will aim to ensure supportability and continued maintainability throughout the system’s life cycle.
Based on our valued experience in our design capabilities and products on offer, expert advice and product knowledge will form the keystones of our Support strategy, which will enable the sustainability of the system to ensure that the maximum usability of our systems is maintained.
Product Supply
Essential to our start-up and growth strategy are the Distribution rights we have secured to be a supplier of Honeywell products within the Southern Africa Development Country regions.
Being trusted all over the world, Accell South Africa will continue to supply our partners with the product ranges they became accustomed to. Our product offerings aim to cater for the demands within the low mid-markets, from standalone fire detection and voice evacuation system, up to integrated high-end smoke and fixed gas detection systems.
System Design
No product can have optimal functionality unless it is being used in the way it was designed for. Through Accell Design, our skilled team will conduct a holistic needs analysis and provide customised system designs to ensure the most effective and proficient use of these systems.
Our high-level systems architecture and detailed panel arrangement designs will enable our System Integrator Partners to deliver and install the systems based on the client’s needs to obtain maximum efficiency and usability of the complete system.
